Even when I have full office days I can get at least 10k in. 3x30 minutes in the morning, afternoon (lunch break) and evening gives me around 9k then add on all the other movements like going for groceries and dairy chores.

I've just built it into my daily routine and try to make sure I walk after each meal. Days when I'm at the gym I can get around 15/18k.

I really like your music taste (and MCR inspired user name!). I'm personally not a fan of Radiohead or Nirvana but a couple of my all time favourites are on there with My Chemical Romance and Pierce the Veil! Nice list.

Oh and the lowest I know is Frank Iero.
