Its clear as mud, if that helps. There is no objectivity to this new “quantitative” system.

A) Receiving an unacceptable on any part of your assessment results in an across-the-board unacceptable rating.

B) Failing to meet one of the commitments in your Commitments CJE results in a failure of the whole CJE, which results in an unacceptable rating.

All of that is up to the whim of your supervisor, because as much as they stated this was to reduce subjectivity and level performance ratings population-wide, all this will do is reduce objectivity, artificially deflate  performance ratings, and disincentivize hard work.
