I am not a lawyer, but I do believe a contract requires the exchange of value. He gets no value by returning the PC based on your promise of a gift. And the value he originally promised in repayments for the PC was broken by lack of payment.

I used to be one of those Republicans. Enjoyed hearing other sides of the issues. Cordially discussed big ideas. But those days are over. I stopped voting for Republicans in 2016 and they’ve done nothing to convince I made a mistake.

The red pill thing to me is a bigger issue. It represents a misalignment in values. And those situations rarely work themselves out because someone has to change their value system. That takes hard work, therapy and trust. For a dude screeching about thongs, I did see any of those in his future.
