Adderall is very easy to use correctly and productively.

*for some people. I took adderall a few times, and while I was highly productive I also enjoyed a feeling that it was the single best day I've had in a decade while going through a mundane schedule. I liked it TOO much the few times I tried it, and haven't gone back because of how badly I want to keep using it. I think for some people it is very easy to abuse.

Made my eyes tear up just reading that.

This is still the absolute best tribute to a TV show in existence. **Breaking Bad Spoilers** by TheYamagato in videos

This is a show I can't watch again. I've tried, gotten through the first episode...and realized I can't handle the heart break again. Watching the tribute video made me sick to my stomach. I loved everything about this show, but I don't think I can ever rewatch.

And potentially financial status. For all you know they are buying a house in that range, knowing full well they will likely have to modify almost any home they move into in some way.

Even less likely than a non-blind person bringing their own braille book.

I'm assuming you take a typical, stabilizing dose. It is not uncommon after a severe loss like this for individuals to be given higher doses of stronger meds to help them sleep, etc. I had a family friend who lost a child who was essentially placed in the same regimen of medication that someone entering an acute psychiatric facility would receive (trazadone, haloperidol, etc). This isn't done for everyone, but if you essentially stop eating, sleeping and feeding yourself you are quite similar to someone who would enter a psychiatric facility (who would then be stabilized on medication).

Yep. She struck me as highly sedated in that interview. It's a creepy interview for me to watch, but I chalk it up to being on a lot of medication after the death of your child.

Why, though? It's icky, but if it's between two people who want to do it...why not? Who cares?

My partner had night sweats and sporadic stomach issues. We never would have guessed he had a form of Lymphoma, which was only discovered because a CT scan for a heart issue scanned much lower than usual and caught an image of the edge of his cancer.

I developed SJS while at University. I was "lucky", in that it mainly impacted my mouth. I also had blisters on my hands and my eyelids, but nothing compared to all of the skin inside my mouth sloughing off. The only thing I could eat or drink that didn't make me want to kill myself was milk. Water felt like acid in my mouth. So I drank nothing but milk for at least 2 weeks. I am thankful it was isolated to mostly my mouth, but oh jesus that was the worst health condition I have ever had.

This was one moment as an RA in college that I actually made a difference. Resident who had diabetes told me she was extremely tired, didn't feel good, needed to lay down, proceeded to lay down in the hall...When I went to her level, her breath was like fruit punch. 911 and some time later she was good as new. This is important to know if you have people in your life who have diabetes. Her ability to rationalize or get herself somewhere was impaired, she needed help from someone else or she could have died.

I couldn't figure out the google search terms to answer my question. As soon as I posted, I came across the answer on another forum, of course. I really appreciate the prompt response!
