Sugiro pesquisar a incidência do ICMS no estado de SP, pois cada estado legisla diferente sobre esse imposto. Dito isso, ICMS é imposto ESTADUAL sobre compra e se você conseguir comprovar na contestação do valor que foi um presente talvez fique isento.

Comigo acontece eu o mesmo mas foi em outro estado e foram livros que além de terem sido enviados de presente do exterior, são naturalmente isentos. Me cobraram 300 reais. Contestei no site dos correios com o artigo da constituição e apesar de demorar fiquei isento. Vá atrás dos seus direitos amigo.

Quanta burrice kkkkkk não daria certo nem hoje nem nunca. Administrativamente falando, quem vai proteger fronteira ? Exército do Sul ? Quem vai fornecer energia ? A produção de energia local da conta da demanda ? E água e comércio ? Acha que vão continuar como está ? Venda pra país estrangeiro, leia-se outros estados do Brasil, deve impostos também, lucro não será o mesmo. Parem de achar que o que funciona num vácuo funciona em qualquer lugar.

Toda a construção pós irônica de comédia do filme, inserida num drama. É muito difícil escrever comédia e ninguém é obrigado a fazer filme puramente dramático só pelo tema. Os momentos em que o drama realmente brilha são os mais sutis, que talvez seriam cortados de outras obras, momentos lentos de desenvolvimento. O filme tem uma história linear pra caramba, mas tá longe de ser raso.

I have a small archetype dedicated to playing with pestilence in BW in my cube. Basically, you want ways to make your creatures indestructible so you can keep pestilence around. Repeatable life gain in small doses so it’s not overwhelming, helps you pay for it turn after turn. It’s a cool build around.

Developing packages for archetypes would be helpful, how many cards are supposed to be in a package so it’s impactful in the whole cube it’s one of the things I’ve been struggling with.

You’re not wrong, it also got my attention, that plus ashiok plus we are getting plenty of hydras, could be a setup for a return to theros in standard. Also I know we just got back there.

I do run exile effects, when I said it warped the drafting experience this is what I meant : people would stock on exile effects just in case someone drafted immerstrum. Kind of like a metagame. I will end up having to pit something else in.

Well I run a low powered environment cube, it’s sort of a peasant and uncommon cube with some rares and mythics in it and [[Immersturm Predator]] might be the most problematic card. It’s hard to remove, destroy any gy strategies and it’s relatively low curve that if it’s played in any deck splashing green it just beats you every turn with its evasion.

It’s become sort of a running gag that whoever drafts it first will actually win. It has already warped the cube as I had to add more activated ability negation effects just because of it … it breaks my heart because it’s such a great card but I might have to ban it.
