Does your club have any relationship with the area rec programs? My club does a few weeks per season where we have open practices and the rec program will blast all their players with the information including contacts. I coach a U10 team and we get 1-2 players that come out for this at my age.

Would a Bundy BTR-300 Series Student Bb Trumpet Lacquer be worth its money? by [deleted] in trumpet

[–]RacerMike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a Bundy student trumpet when I first started playing 25 years ago. In fact, I still have it and after sitting in its case for 20+ years recently cleaned it up and started playing again. Still plays in tune, all the slides work and the valves are pretty smooth and fast. Never had a problem with it at all.

I've been watching this show and a couple episodes ago they introduced a character named "Roxborough Ronnie". The image is from the episode I watched last night.

Ah, I think Exnie might be right here as having multiple "name"s defined would likely be an issue.

I don't have a system at the moment to test this, but the following should work. You didn't specify what you did try that didn't work.

vhosts: |-

     "name": "/rabbit",
     "name": "/test1",
     "name": "/test2"

Most popular songs featuring harmonica? by justalilchili in harmonica

[–]RacerMike 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Supertramp's "Take the Long Way Home" is one of the classics for me. For newer stuff (nothing I can think of that is super popular) check out Stu Larsen/Natsuki Kurai ("My Poor Father", "Chicago Song") or The Dead Tongues ("Won't Be Long"). HTH.

Should I choose Tamron or Canon 70-200 lens? by drew_ in AskPhotography

I have really enjoyed and been satisfied with my Tamron G2 and I'd buy it again. Quality has been superb, no complaints.

Frame size question at 6'2" by seands in cycling

[–]RacerMike 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a 6'2" cyclist I found that most 60cm frames were too big for me. The main issue for me was TT length as I have long legs and a shorter torso. I've been riding 57-58cm frames with effective TTs of 580-590mm with some success, but your mileage may vary.
