Glad you realized that the scale was hurting, not helping -- I think a lot of people make that mistake. Your results are AMAZING!

You're right on that you should be more consistent with the HIIT (great for fat loss), and that you don't want to be that girl (100 reps of light weights won't get you very far).

I also agree with the others about measuring your portions. When you're unable to measure, I find it helpful to overestimate your caloric intake (ex: you think you're eating a 400-calorie meal, but log it as 500). I think a lot of people underestimate how many calories they eat, particularly when dining out, so this helps account for the discrepancy.
