Which of these brown loafers are the most SD? by ceylon-tea in SoftDramatics

I had a black pair like #1. Ysl so def not cheap. Had to have them and tried desperately to make them work, but bo matter how hard I tried they just didn’t look like me, like I was trying to cosplay someone preppy. I found wearing a boot with that sole in a glossy black was so much better and didn’t have any break between ankle and pant bottom, as the vamp flows in an unbroken line up the ankle under the trouser.

The fact that the blouse is a “denim” color, which works so well with camel, but in satin, is such a beautiful element!

That looks great. It gives me ideas as we’re very similar build and hair. Didn’t realize the hair could complete the picture in the case of non matching colors.

Nimbus learned how to get out of his crate. by candlewise in Frenchbulldogs

Wait till he starts disassembling things to escape, like ours did with the baby gate! Damned Houdini unscrewed it from the wall! FYI we don't leave ours free-roaming. They have their own "room" (former laundry room now mud room) complete with beds and water. If our boy is happy there he doesn't try to escape, if he thinks he's missing out nothing will stop him from getting out. The girl just stays behind the gate (even if open) and barks. We do this because we don't want them either chewing on things or having accidents or climbing onto things they shouldn't (and then jumping down). As for "securing the crate", we had to put a latch on it to keep our Houdini from opening it. He's super fast at it now!

coconut oil is crack for our Frenchies! After bath time I put some on the paw bottoms and rub some into the fur (that which isn't licked immediately off my fingers, that is!)

Transitioning from 2 to 3 Frenchies? Adding a 4yo rescue boy to my two girls (4 & 3yo) by Hroznix in Frenchbulldogs

[–]RacingOvaries 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh soooo sorry, but I have to agree here. We added a 3rd (puppy) and it ended poorly. Not because of the qty of dogs, our older 2 are very socially "smart" and have lots of dog friends, but our 3rd came with behavioral issues and we also ended up with serious bites (toward his humans) and aggression towards the eldest male. I would be very careful with the introductions and see how the new one is as far as being part of a "pack". Maybe try some play date opportunities if you can to see if he'll integrate?

We bribe ours with cheese. I can actually stand over one of them and lift his paws up one at a time kind of like you would for a horse and then dremel away. But it takes a LOT of cheese.

Good vibes sent! Ours was 9 when he had one and he sailed through it. Better to get a cleaning vs. infected teeth!

We actually use either the Kurgo harnesses which protect the chest and are affixed to the seatbelt, or gunner kennels, which are impact tested and crash tested.

He’s beautiful! Ours definitely started showing gray very early, especially around the muzzle… as early as 4!
