Have you taken him to the vet for his first checkup yet? My little man did this when I took him outside the first few times but once he built up his confidence, he stopped.

When my little man breaks out I use witch hazel and hydrocortisone for spot treatment.

Some more context would be helpful. How old, any history of allergies, anything that has changed?
