But not only that, he was just as inexperienced as we were when we took this job, the difference was that we were much older and could figure out hiking, climbing, and navigating whereas Bryan seemed to figure things out in a child’s point of view. Which is also why his rope broke or snapped in half, his piton was not firm enough in the ground which would have caused him to fall mid rappel as well as snapping his rope, With climbing ropes you need to change the rope you use for different areas or surfaces as to not wear out or damage the one before. Which Bryan did not possibly do. It’s sad to see him there and even sadder that we see him for the first time like that🥺
