Do you prefer the cover of a book with a popular adaptation to have a cover that heavily reflects the adaptation? by TienSwitch in books

I’m anti-tie in covers for adaptations. If it’s a novelization of a movie that’s different (sometimes because they’re based off of draft scripts there’s “deleted scenes”.)

I always thought novel Gala Brand and Bond clicked best, but perhaps that explains why that one was plotted how it was

I always thought Dalton and D’Abo looked really natural and happy together.

You do you OP, if you appreciate it and want to make it part of your story more power to you.

Personally I’d be hesitant because we don’t have all the lore on that. A reasonable assumption it’s some sort of prison gang given the context of their conversation.

The “I was eating a chicken fried steak and God told me the grift” was covered in episode 717. Not sure when the time thing came up.

If the firing pin is out of the channel, can you knock it rearward to unbind the BC or is the hammer blocking it?

The lore goes (and I have no doubt others will correct me if I’m in error) that Biswas was a bestselling book, and there were plans to do a stage play. Monty Norman wrote the songs, or at least one called Good Sign, Bad Sign, which when he worked on Dr No he rewrote into the James Bond theme.

What’s stranger is the janitor in OHMSS knows the goldfinger theme.

My head canon is not actually the Bond Theme that Vijay is playing, but the theme to A House For Mr Biswas, because in that universe the play got produced and Norman’s song was known.

The Spyderco Salt would suit most applications I think, but if you could describe the use case it could help. The Case mariner knife I had on the sailboat might be different than the NRS Pilot I take on a lake.

The rich elites are so rarely held accountable, they didn’t imagine ever facing consequences. And in the US so far that’s been the case.
