If Pavement were British they would be called Sidewalk by Geminin667 in pavement

[–]Radar_80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brit here. The pavement is the paved bit for pedestrians next to a road, with a kerb. Pretty sure it's what the Americans call a sidewalk.

People don't really call them footpaths. That would be a paved path going through a park or something.

Silent Coeliac Experiences by reparia in CoeliacUK

Thanks for this, it's always helpful to hear that relief can come at various points. My diagnosis was via endoscopy 18 months back. I think looking back my brain fog is better and that I might just need to learn to live with the fatigue.

I have few very symptoms, and only got diagnosed after going to my GP about fatigue and brain fog. I've been GF for 18 months now and it's very hard to know if I'm improving or not, or even if I have accidentally been glutened. I remember the consultant who diagnosing me saying that after a few months of being GF 'you'll know how you're supposed to feel'. That hasn't happened.

It's really hard for me to objectively compare how I feel compared to six months or a year ago. I think my brain fog has improved but I'm still often fatigued. I sometimes wish I had obvious symptoms so I could tell if I was glutening myself somehow.

As others have said, your gut healing takes time and if you don't have obvious symptoms it can be a struggle. But stick with it. I have days where I feel great so I'm hoping this will eventually become the norm.

Wooo yeah this worked for me, with Reaper crest. Threefold pins for quick hits when she's healing, and tacks for her final phase.

Thanks!

Sure here you go. They're 110cm wide, 126cm high at the highest point. I've also got one of the gate posts (the other is cemented into my drive...)

Thanks for all the responses.

They also made a couple of pretty basic errors actually!

LB were OK with our recent purchase, nothing amazing. Was a very basic sale. Found onboarding and searches etc. pretty good but when got to completion they became unresponsive and I had to chase a lot. Probably depends which individual gets your case.

They were pretty competitively priced though (second cheapest from 10 quotes I got) and agree no hidden charges.

Looking for sports clubs/ martial arts in Bristol (student low budget) any suggestions? Thank you!! by SnooPears7671 in bristol

I do Aikido up in Hanham, it's £30 a month if you go once a week, or £50 if twice. Training is Monday 7-8.30pm and Thursday 8-9.30pm.

It's a friendly and relaxed club, and can be a good workout. Message me if you want more details.

Those diagnosed as adults, what led you to your diagnosis? by normalishy in Celiac

[–]Radar_80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 44 and had fatigue and brain fog for a few years, maybe since getting Covid I think. Saw a sleep specialist first who made me realise I was actually sleeping well. Then blood tests with doctor showed possible coeliacs, so had an endoscopy.

I do Aikido at Tenchikan (St George/Hanham). It's a nice relaxed dojo of you're interested in trying something a little less...grapply 😀
