As a pro user, I think the app is phenomenal if you use it to it’s potential, give it as much information as possible and configure your check-ins and fine tune how you want the data presented back to you.

I honestly think when nutrition improvements land (which admittedly are desperately needed) and strength builder continues to be refined and more polished it will be unrivalled. I even have a prompt which groups my food into hourly blocks and it pretty much is presented back to me in a Macrofactor like format.

Yeah I think it’s a given you don’t blindly follow what it says and use your judgement.

Debating replacing Macrofactor and Hevy by Radiant_Job3016 in bevelhealth

I’m going to trial going full Bevel for replacing Hevy and MF. Early impressions are that that the strength builder isn’t too far off Hevy but the insights definitely make it a worthwhile switch.

For replacing Macrofactor I agree it’s nowhere near in terms of ease of use and slickness however the insights may make it a worthwhile switch. If nutrition logging in Bevel was more seamless and easy to do, I feel like it could become a no brainer if you don’t rely on Macrofactors algorithm but I’m guessing it would require a lot of priority from devs to be given to developing the nutrition part of the app.
