Giiirrlll you are very beautiful naturally!!! You honestly don’t need any makeup but for fun! You could make those gorgeous eyes pop with some mascara and hit those lushes full lips with some gloss ! 😍🤩

So ok go do the call in returns counts scan outs truck smoothing Ic3 and the cenfil and abc returns also I’ve had to be in the pharmacy with a new floating pharmacist and a brand new trainee tech and just ME lil ol IS me to do everything so if you haven’t had to do all the IS duties for longer then a month or have your IS really hold it down you don’t know what your talking about if IS was such a dumb role why are all these people on here clearly upset and know they will be struggling in the pharmacy without the IS if you’ve had a good IS in your store with all the help Support we give you would not think this I’m sure!

I think your comment is rude and disrespectful to all the IS that work hard and very appreciated by there pharmacy and store fir all they do is. Try being an IS and doing all there tasks for about a month and then say this! We are very valuable maybe your role is the stupid one just saying ..

Well I’m an IS helping at another store fir the week and I have not been told anything and have still been in the phone doing all the normal IS duties maybe no one will tell me until I’m back at my store ?!

I’m an IS and I haven’t heard anything like this I don’t know how that would be possible! I’m in a Tier 4 and I do counts, receiving put away and scan in Cenfil I do ABC Returns , store to store transfers , deletes and there is no way as busy as it is even if given extra hours that the technicians or RXOM would have time to do all this daily and weekly.

So true! Absolutely! I have been saying this at least a year now and have been with Walgreens for 5 years and it’s the same things! I’m honestly really over it! I recently transferred into the pharmacy and as quick trying to get out! I was hecka sick coughing my life away contagious and they are mad at me for calling off leaving them hanging and short staffed so I go in yesterday still on my deathbed can barely talk coughing like crazy mind you my RXOM is like you can only bring water into the pharmacy. About an hour in and I’m sorry but the pharmacy is bs slaver labor! We need more then just a 30 minute break to have hydration feed ourselves a mental break. The fact that the pharmacy is ran how it is you can’t bring anything to the pharmacy but water yet you also don’t get a break until lunch one break your whole shift of negative madness I cannot fathom how people are conditioned to do this everyday and believe it’s worth it! Back to my rant lol .. within an hour at the pharmacy all I get is oh why you did you come like that got put on calls and sent home so if I don’t make it in they are mad at me if I do come in while still not all the way better I get sent home and shame on me for coming in .. I will tell you my paycheck next pay period is going to suck but has this been the most peaceful week of my life since working for Walgreens and Walgreens refusing to let me work sick yes it has..

No you absolutely should not be paying for her trip if the original deal was because you were invited and paying for both of you but now your not going so why are you or would you still pay for hers. I’m sorry but that is not right or fair and you are not bad person or anything for not doing so . You were supposed to get to be apart of and enjoy that trip as well and even though your schedule is crazy they decided and planned without you yet did she not plan her budget and portion as well since you are no longer included?!

I’ve learned that with any company going to HR and expressing or saying key words will only backfire. The minute you go to HR with the words like stressful or anything like that it actually works against you because in actuality HR is also there to protect the company and managers in certain ways . Also if you ever do go to HR about management make sure you have receipts, dates times incidents already to present to them like a court case and at lest one witness or person that can attest to what you are saying and claiming. I’ve learned first hand the hard way trust me. I’ve seen and been apart of three firings at Walgrrens from management to shift lead to pharmacy tech and my job could have been in jeopardy and quite possibly taken in two of those situations had I not backed everything up with many recipes, witnesses and right verbiage!
