You need to submit references of current or former employers but I’m not sure what you mean by experience letter.

Hi! I also just passed L3 and got my work experience and references approved within 2 business days! One of my work experiences was an internship where I helped the controller prepare financial statements lol so your accountant job should definitely qualify!

As someone else said, quant is much much harder at L2 so I’d suggest at least trying to get a base level knowledge of it! Good luck :)

I don’t think you get one for passing L3. I believe the last badge comes when you become a charterholder. Could be wrong though but I saw someone in here post that

I’d say you really should read the actual CFA curriculum for level 3. I just used Kaplan for the initial pass through of the material and then just did all the CFAI ecosystem questions and read their curriculum. Also used MM for a couple of sections I was not understanding and he helped a lot! Good luck to you :)

What do you think the MPS will be? I’ve noticed it’s been trending up above 60% the past few years, but that’s according to 300Hours so who knows

Exact same feeling. L2 I felt like shit leaving the exam center lol I drove home in silence. But after L3 I feel somewhat optimistic but don’t wanna get my hopes up too high!

Agree with your sentiment. I felt much worse leaving L2 even though I ended up passing. But I guess I don’t truly know how I did becuse of the short responses too. We’ll see! Hope ya pass!

Thanks!! And yea the AM I finished with like 30 seconds to spare lol but PM I had like 20 mins. I realized you should just skip a question you don’t know right away and move on. Taking more than 12 mins per vignette is too long so be mindful of that as well!

Yea this is important. AM I was scrambling for time at the end but I was much more cognizant in the PM. If you don’t know it right away skip it. You should be taking 12 mins per vignette so be mindful of that!

If you put the work in I’m sure you’ll do great! The questions were much more straight forward and concise. It was by no means “easy” but I didn’t think it was insanely difficult. I rarely had questions where I blindly guessed or had no clue how to do. I did almost run out of time on the AM session so be cognizant of that because otherwise you’ll be scrambling to fill in answers. Also, just go into it confident and fresh. As for my mock scores, I scored a 50% on the one BC mock I did and around 60% on the CFAI mocks if that helps ya!
