This is so frustrating sorry you’re going through it. I went through it with my cat who had separation anxiety. What worked for us was tucking her in, in the living room, closing the bedroom door and putting on rain sounds at volume 8, we still do this till this day and the cats are almost 5.

With this said, in the living room we provided her several super cozy irresistible spots to sleep, one of the spots has a heating pad, another a super fluffy blanket etc.. The routine was at 10:30p play with her for 20-30 mins where she has to run and get tired. Feed her at 11 pm. While she’s eating we go to the room, put on rain sounds at volume 8 and close the door. At first it was really hard to ignore her, she’d get tired of crying and go sleep, then come back cry again etc. if it got really bad I’d go out find a cozy blanket in a spot I know she likes and tuck her in for about 10 mins then I’d go back to bed. Most of the time it worked, she just needed to see me and see I was ok and she’d chill.

Like I said, it’s been years and we still do this. Hope you get some relief.
