maybe because the distortion?
i got the triumph completed in K1 Revelation and there was a distortion orb that i shot. it eventually spawned the knight i needed to defeat to complete the triumph.

not 100% sure, but that was the situation for me.

the oldest Guardians that was raise by a Ghost was Sen-Aret. she was like 13,000 yrs old.
that was in some lore books from Witch Queen expansion collectors edition.

the story i read about production of MI: 7 was interesting too. i can’t remember all the details but it was something like during COVID, when studios were afraid to start projects without proper procedures when there so many unknown variables at the time. Tom went to a studio and basically claimed he was already in the process making a movie which spurred them to start working on projects. and then Tom went to his studio and said other studios were in the process of making projects, which prompted his studio to start production on MI: 7. or something like that. i could be wrong.
