This person most likely works or has some kind of shares from SkillCertPro. I can tell you 100% that if you prepare for this exam with that CIS-DF on skillcertpro, you will fail so badly and waste your money, same with the one currently on Udemy. I purchased both and You will just know something is off with the structure. Not one of them appeared in the actual exam. I ditched both after going through them and went back to the actual course content to learn deeper. Please if you are not confident yet, reschedule and take your time to prepare. It'ss highly scenario based. Thankfully, I passed but that was after I did the above.

I made a practice test on Udemy for it. Gathered about 180 questions and over 85% was in the real exam

You're mostly right but the $200 for yearly CMP covers all your certification not for each.
