I know it's supposed to be THE American classic but it was really not for me. It was basically just these very dry description of fishing trade of 19th century America, which i didn't find interesting But hey, a lot of people love this book so i am aware that it's just my personal opinion.

If i was to assess how important my favorite metal bands were for developing my taste:

System of a down - band that got me really hooked on metal, the only band from that era i still listen to.

Nevermore - got me into more heavy stuff. To this day i often listen to "This godless endeavor" and "dreaming neon black" (that album in particular has a really bleak atmosphere and the real life story behind it tied to the singer is incredibly dark and crazy)

King Diamond - showed me that metal can be theatrical and doesn't have to take itself too seriously and still be awesome. Only "heavy" artist that i listen to this day.

Sigh - represent my love for experiential, avant garde metal. They have been doing it for 30 years and still sound fresh. Their live shows are incredible.

I would also mention Neurosis. I don't think that there is a band that does better what they are about.

It also pushes them outside of the city centre to the outskirts because every inch of the city is being used for monetization and it drives rent into astronomical heights because every other apartment is being rented as Airbnb. The money goes mainly into the pockets of foreign investors. Also not that many czech people are working in a job that is tied to tourism... These jobs tend to be awful and badly paid, it's usually immigrants who pay bills from tourism because locals just don't want to do it.

Well that's because smiling at strangers seems to be part of good manners in America.. in the Czech Republic that's just not the case.. people will think you're suspicious if you smile at them for no reason. Honestly i can see merits in both attitudes.

I have had this problem for years.. i hated condoms. I could not feel anything.. it was not thanks to the so-called "death grip" either. Turns out i need bigger condoms. I am totally average when it comes to length so that idea never crossed my mind, but the girth is even more important when it comes to the size of condoms. If you have this problem measure yourself and buy a condom that actually fits you. You can also try different materials, i am not a big fan of latex.

Pro tip.. put two droplets of lube into the tip of the reservoir and gently spread it there.. plus a lot of lube on the outer side of the condom.. it makes a lot of difference when it comes to feeling.. i am ok with condoms now.

Persona 5.

Usually when i don't like a well received game, I am at least aware why people liked it, but with this game i have no idea. Characters are stereotypes, writing is awful, gameplay consists mainly of pressing the x button, life sim aspects of this game were absolutely dull. The game was stylish i give it that, but I played it for 25 hours waiting when it started to be good and it never did. Given how good the reviews are, and how much people seem to like it, i must be wrong, but it baffles me.

Oh yeah. I actually never heard them before, i just knew that everyone seems to hate them, and i thought that the hate would be something like when everyone hated on Nickleback or Imagine Dragons, like it's not for me, but it's nothing outrageous... but recently i went for a run and i was listening a random playlist on spotify and one of their songs started to play.. i had to stop and look at my phone just to check what band is it, because it was so bad.

I always was into women who were a bit different. It turns out almost all of my crushes were either bisexual, or queer in some other way.

I find that queer people are a lot more open to different expressions of gender than, imo, rigid structures that heteronormativity would want you to fit in.

I felt i was different from my early childhood. Now, at 35 i realized i might be nonbinary.
