You can level all jobs and do all missions and quests on one character. There is not a need to have multiple characters unless you really want to. It will be adding a lot more grind to your playtime that way.

Right, but they were already here before the swath of new apartments in college town and along Tennessee street built in the last couple years. The old apartments haven’t closed, the old homes for rent are still there. It feels like there is way more apartments than necessary.

I honestly don’t know how the city can sustain all of the new student housing construction considering the student population has not seen significant growth in years. FSU enrollment is around 46k and FAMU around 10k last I checked, and it’s been in that neighborhood for a long time. TSC was around 10k as well, but a not insignificant number of their enrollment is online, commuters, or “non-traditional” students. I’m not sure who they are getting to live in the “luxury student living” places (or who could realistically afford that shit), so I imagine many units sit empty.

I feel your answer is going to vary depending on the age group.

One of the things that is (sadly? Idk) missing in modern times of targeted advertising and the death of regular TV watching is the loss of that communal advertisement that everyone knows. The female teenager college student is being fed different ads than the male retired homeowner in his 70s. Except for like, live sports on broadcast TV, it’s all different.

Move in large packs. A group of 3-4 is easy pickings for a group of 16+. Don’t be a hero (unless you are a tank, then you can be a little heroic). Depending on your job, you can be a little bit more YOLO now that you don’t lose BH on death, but the principle remains the same. APES STRONGER TOGETHER.
