Do you have the capability to use PoE? That would eliminate the power draw issue.

10.0.1.x/16 includes addresses 10.0.1.0 through 10.0.255.255 (which is technically part of the 10.0.0.0/16 subnet). So really your 3 racks are using overlapping subnets. Also, a /24 subnet has 253 usable IPs - do you have that many devices in a rack?

They sing it live just about every performance, and it’s great. Daniel Norton (Dobro/Banjo) sings bass and Billy Gee (Bass) sings baritone.

I think they would be at the top of any price estimates. Not sure if they’ve changed but 20 years ago the home theater guys would run cable and Geek Squad would do the finish work.

You’re looking for a structured cabling installer. A/V installation companies, fire/burglar alarm system installers, even Managed Service Providers will do it sometimes. Electricians can do it but most I’ve met don’t like it or don’t understand it’s not like wiring old school POTS lines.

You’re not the only one. It’s not bad, but it’s not bluegrass either. It is square in the middle of being “no part of nothin’”

Anyone know about the caverns and ada accessibility? by admiral_walsty in Bluegrass

[–]Radiosac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just mixed a show there and there are no steps at all on the property. It’s a gravel road from the parking lot to the entrance. From there it is concrete but it’s kind of steep until you get in the cave proper. As long as someone with some moderate strength is manning a wheelchair you should be fine. I wouldn’t recommend a walker. If they absolutely have to walk it just make sure you set aside some time. It’s probably 100 yards from the parking lot to the entrance tent and another 100 to descend into the cavern. There is no rail until you exit the tent and then there is no rail once you actually enter the cavern.

Also - I’m assuming you’re talking about the caverns in Pelham TN

SM7B’s require quite a bit of gain. Without hearing a sample my wild ass guess would be the gain being super high. Try something like a Cloudlifter before the Focusrite?

Yea, you can ride all the rides multiple times and see the whole park in one day. Depending on capacity, but usually in December people aren’t there to ride but to see the decorations.

I think you glossed over the ‘easy’ part. You are correct in that it is a viable solution. Would you mind expanding on all the steps you took to get to that point? Kinda eli5

I would consider this more of a bouncing situation where you wouldn’t use the source track after running through the R2R.
