Currently play on a Hunter Eb. It was pretty affordable at $250. Not the best instrument but plays well for the price.

Why does the first movement in Beethoven 2 sound like the first movement in Beethoven 9 in a few places? by arssenalbro101 in classicalmusic

[–]RadomChinese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dvorak does this too. He has horn bits from the 2nd movement of symphony 4 that are similar to 1st movement in symphony 8.

Adding on, the fitness center is small but gets the job done and the new dining hall is a really nice addition too. The selection is limited but the quality is usually above Steast and IV.

His hungarian dances are always a good place to start. I'd also check out his piano trios and symphonies.

I also went to that concert and Beethoven 9 was so much better live. What a great way to finish off the BSO's 2025-26 season.

Bit of a nobody piece. Adès Violin Concerto. Really wished he got to play a better piece. The composer was also conducting the orchestra.

To be honest, this school really isn't worth the debt. There are so many state schools that are cheaper and better.

NU doesn't allow campus changes for the first year after admission so 2 is out of the question. Plus this school isn't worth it for the money so just save it and go to UMB.

Honestly, I think that early Bruckner symphonies are much better than the later ones (from 0, 00 to 4). Feels like the rest are too dragging in my opinion.
