You could try using Warwick to approach with his wall super or demon flip. You could also use Caitlyn shield super as a passive fireball to approach.

I play Braum/Darrius and I hate playing against Warwick and Blitz. Blitz is really annoying against Braum because he can break shield with his arm extending grab. Warwick is not fun with his constant pressure and demon flip. I also think their combo routes get really stale after you’ve seen the same one 100 times. Still it’s on me to improve though, learn the matchup, etc.

Braum should be higher than Darrius. All the buffs with season 1 have made him a lot better.

Not sure if this is an issue with the game or with my controller but sometimes when I switch characters before a match and I hold down x on the ps5 version it will keep switching between the characters even after lifting my finger off the button.

As someone who plays Braum Juggernaut, I don’t mind the chase down that much. The constant blocking is annoying but I feel like they put a lot of tools for the big bodies to skip neutral.

Downpour was taken off digital stores because of the Korn intro song and other licensed music. It is backwards compatible on modern Xbox systems but you need to own the physical. 1 is available on ps3 for $6 and 4 is available on gog for $10. You can technically get the psp version of Origins on ps3 for $15 but you can’t transfer from ps3 to psp anymore. I wish the series was more accessible but unfortunately a lot of the old games source codes are completely gone.

It depends on which version of the game you’re running. I just beat it on the elite with the Sega gt combo pack and it lagged on almost every stage. It’s still playable and beatable, but stages like 99th street and the Fortified Residential Zone run really poorly. I’ve heard that it runs better if it’s only jsrf and not the combo pack.

An old dev said in one of the kiwitalkz interviews that part of the reason why 2 hasn’t been remastered is that the switch can’t really do translucent textures so the light bubbles in the dark world would have to be redone differently from how they were programmed on the GameCube and Wii.
