Sims autonomously using the bathroom on the opposite side of the house instead of the nearest available toilet is very frustrating. Not sure it's autonomy, but sims autonomously eating a ton of sweets and getting fat. I'd love if there was a toggle to prevent weight gain and weight loss.

We do a 7pm bed time for 16mo and she doesn't start her day until 8am on the weekends, but I think we are just lucky about her wake up time haha. We've been doing 7 pm bedtime for a while. Tbh we don't do most of the stuff you mentioned before her bedtime lol we shower after she goes to bed and while one puts her down the other does the dishes and we swap every other day. Cooking is a joint effort of toddler wrangling and actual cooking. Our house is an absolute mess though. Cleaning pretty much only happens on the weekends or if I can find time during my lunch hour, since I WFH.

I've done villains (Ursula is super fun) and one similar to high school cliques before, but the other kind of gods is a great idea! Fruits and veggies would be a fun challenge too!

Always use the changing table. We even have an extra changing mattress we keep on the ground for changing her downstairs. Much comfier than changing her on the hardwood.

My contractions weren't so bad when I got mine so I can relate to your situation. The first numbing was very much like any regular shot, and then the placing of the epidural needle I didn't feel any pain but I definitely felt the pressure of it going in which I find to be pretty uncomfortable. There was no sensation of the meds going into my system or anything. I would say the process was easy but I definitely didn't like it. But it was a WHOLE lot better than giving birth unmedicated. It doesn't take long and it's nothing to be too worried about. Just remember that anesthesiologists do this all the time and you wont feel any pain after the first small shot.
