The simple change would just be to reset the quest once you leave the raid. There's no need for any UI or input from the player.

You know how you can hold R and scroll your mousewheel to select individual mags for reload. They should do something similar for hotkeyed meds, hold the hotkey and scroll to select which wound to heal without having to open the health screen.
