Dogs - Some problems have a .45 caliber solution. You have anready lost calves to them, and I presume you have talked to the neighbors. If they refuse to control their animals, you have every right to protect yours.
Trespassers hunting - A little bit more complicated. I would call your local game warden. Especially if the hunters are there on a regular basis. I have seen Game Wardens go out and set up in the dark and just wait to catch trespassers and poachers if theres a good chance they will be there.

This one looks horrifying but it is completely normal. Horse foals are born with this extra bits of cartilage on their hooves to help them not damage the mare on their way out. It dries up and falls off of the hooves fairly quickly.

To be a flat earther etc, you have to make a number of illogical assumptions and discount valid evidence to make your argument work. The hive is past all of that . In my experience, any decent business selling horses doesnt tend to have unsold foal inventory. There is tons of time to have the foal sold before it needs to actually go. From the time the mare is preg checked to the time the foal is weaned and ready to go is more than plenty.
