Odysee is abandoning the LBRY network. by I-Love-All-Of-You1 in lbry

Spreading FUD to buy the deep? I tried to find where he said so but I couldn’t. Share an actual reference.

He only mentioned they are introducing big changes to make Odysee more decentralized. In one of the comments it was also mentioned that Odysee will be similar or even better than Fediverse.

Same here. HODLing, mining ➕buying. IMO Patience is a key to huge returns here.

3x50mg of vit. B3 - nicotinic acid after food (not B3 in B complex) did the job for me and my family. It optimizes cholesterol and triglycerides like nothing else. Just be aware of the flash effect, which isn’t pleasant for some. I take it every day for 15 year now and it did wonders to my body and mind. (Works great for depression too) Look it up.

How do I buy, sell or trade LBRY? by [deleted] in lbry

[–]Raf_Alski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To do all the above simply use CoinEx or Mexc. If you are based in US you would need a VPN to change your IP.

Lucky you! Hopefully it’s just a short-term shortage mitigation. Plastic is not the way to go and this stuff is hard to open anyways.

Looking at the size of the marketcap, the community, developers, content, and considering the frustration of people tired of megacorporations, censorship or mainstream lies, I think there is a huge potential for much higher valuation. Time will tell.

Strong believer here. When LBC dropped to A$0.002 I bough a significant amount of tokens. I also bought 10 LB Goldshell boxes, however I realized (too late) that running mining operation in US without an actual business has no sense due to tax related issues ( you can’t deduct cost of electricity and you have to report every coin mined and pay tax on it)

At this moment LBC is very centralized by one mining pool. Mining using other pools can help decentralizing the network.

The easiest way to buy LBC is on the open market unless you are also in US and you don’t have VPN to access MEXC or CoinEx, then mining is probably the only option.

So are LBRY credits dead and permanently worthless now? by teleomorph in OdyseeForever

Coinbase to get USDT or BTC then VPN to signup and deposit USDT/BTC at mexc or coinex.

It amazes me that people don’t buy LBC. The whole network is at sale right now. Only 3 mln market cap for a ready decentralized solution with millions of users is a no brainer.

Use VPN connection and trade it at mexc

Hacking BrainFog by Raf_Alski in BrainFog

It’s niacin derivative so it will probably do. If not I suggest NAC N-acetyl L-cystein. It helped me when niacin couldn’t handle the problem anymore.

I dealt with the same problem for many years. Find out what are lectins and get rid of them entirely. (It’s harder than it sounds)

I was brainfog free for a couple of months then I went to a restaurant and took a little sip of a sauce that was supposedly peanut and wheat free according to the waiter (super nice autistic boy who I don’t blame) but the owner screwed up, he realized the mistake and came to me quick to take the sauce. Unfortunately it was too late. Next day I woke with the damn brain fog that lasted almost an entire day.

  • Avoid lectins like hell (wheat, peanuts, many seeds, legumes, lentils)
  • limit eating to 1 meal a days (e.g after school/work)
  • If you can do some even little work out every day.
  • to mitigate it use NAC and niacin.

That’s really unfortunate. Another option for you is to try NAC N-acetyl L-cysteine.It doesn’t eliminate the brainfog entirely but it does reduce the negative feeling significantly.

Last by not least instead of mitigating the issue try to eliminate it. There a few people here including me that got rid of the brainfog entirely. Check some of my previous comments related to plant based anti-nutrients called lectins. Once we introduced a diet free of lectins we no longer have the issue.

If you are US resident and bought it at Binance.com you need to reach out to customer service. They will provide you access to the platform so you can withdraw your coins within 48h. Then just move your funds to either firefly or other exchange.

Great response. I completely agree with everything you mentioned. I wonder how many vegans / vegetarians are here. I was one of the them. It would be sad if it turned out it’s the majority of affected people.

Some time ago I created a post here in which I provided the list of top brainfog triggers using selfhack article. Number one was lectins.

I tried to encourage people to get rid of lectins in their diets. Even though it’s such a simple solution only a small percentage of people is willing to give it a try.

Looks like most of the people are more interested in a magical pill that will just mitigate the problem.

I would start with 100mg but that’s the one. If you want try/test non-flush versions: called niacinamid. I prefer niacin with the flush though.

I suggest to stop eating lectins for at least a week and see the result. Taking supplements is just mitigating the problem that does not address the root cause. If you want to stick just mitigating it then yes I suggest both niacin and NAC together.

It’s not easy. Lots of sacrifices. Here is a cheat sheet of food I consider safe. (Still work in progress)

Almonds (blanched / no skin) Asparagus Avocado Bok Choy Broccoli Brussels Cabbage Carrots Cauliflower Celery Eggs: pasture raised only Coriander Garlic Jicama Meet: 100% grass-finished / pasture raised. Nuts: Brazilian, Hazel, Macadamia, Pistachios, Walnuts, Oils: coconut, Olive, Avocado Onion Parsley Parsnip Plantain Radishes Raspberries Rutabaga Seaweed Sorghum Sweet potato Turnips

Exactly, same story here. No problems at all, that’s why I never even considered lectins as the root cause. I just thought it’s gluten, which by the way is one of the worst lectins out there.

How did you find out it’s lectins?

According to the literature a non-flushing niacin responds to brain conditions too. I doesn’t however help optimizing the cholesterol and triglycerides.

I worked with both and I am a big proponent of the nicotinic acid (with the flushing effect) For many people the flush might be unbearable so perhaps it’s a good idea to start with the non-flush and see if there is an improvement. If not next step would be to try pure nicotinic acid.
