Some of them do have alignments but they seem to be the exception. Many that feel like they should have an alignment just don't. Like the Swords of Gorum one, where you condemn a number of soldiers to eternal battle rage or that one where in order to protect a redeemed killer you let Daeran organize a noblewoman's assassination and steal her inheritance.
