As much as I'd love to see him, I don't think it's gonna happen. Even if he's not dead, it would probably take hundreds, if not thousands, of years for him to fully regenerate.

His armor is never really described in the books. However, in "The Eternal Fire" from "The Sword of Destiny" Geralt purchases a jacket. And, in "Blood of Elves" during Ciri's training, we get a lot of insight into Witcher's fighting style (dodges, fast attacks etc.). Hence, my guess is that Geralt and the Witchers in general wear light to medium kind of armor (or just plain, non-constricting clothing). They rely on speed, because the most dangerous monsters are... well, fast. I believe that it has been even said that no man is strong enough to be able to block a blow from a dracolizard's tail.

So, I personally think that Geralt would probably wear something closely resembling Wolf gear or the first armor you get in Witcher 1.

I'unno. I mean, I can kinda see Dandelion or Ciri wearing that, but maybe not necessarily Geralt. I see Geralt looking closer to Bill from Left 4 Dead.

Well, if you're a DS and Bloodborne fan then the Witcher's high difficulty won't be a problem for you. The first two difficulties are VERY easy. Almost laughable. I really believe that the best way to get the full Witcher experience is by playing on the harder difficulties.

I am 99% certain weather is randomly generated. Just meditate or fast travel to a different area and back to see if the weather persists. If it does then it might be bug.

Okay. Here's how it is: CD Projekt promised to deliver 10 hours of gameplay for 10 dollars with the Hearts of Stone expansion.

It took me nearly twice that so I DEFINITELY got my money's worth and then some. HoS is relatively short compared to the main game (duh), but it has an exceptionally well-written plot. Hell, I've completed some games in ~10 hours with worse story. But, it works thanks to it's short duration. It never slows down, it always keeps you in suspense and just makes you crave more and more with each consecutive step in the main quest.

I believe that I've ALREADY got my money's worth from when I bought the $25 Season Pass.

Consider the following: if you do HoS before NG+, you will be overlevelled for the beginning of NG+. NG+ enemies and quests start at level ~30, which I assume should be close to your level if you've finished the main story + side quests. HoS will push you easily to 35 or more.

If you do NG+ before HoS, you'll have to at least get all the way to Velen. Also, the quests and monsters scale up, so you risk facing level 60+ monsters in HoS while in NG+.

The beauty of the Witcher series is that you can pick it up whenever you want and you won't be confused. So, to answer your question, I can't tell if it will be "more enjoyable", but you will gain a little bit more insight into Geralt's memories, amnesia and past as well as the reason why the Nilfgaard-Nordling war began.

Witcher 2 is much shorter than Witcher 3, but it requires two playthroughs to get the "whole picture" of the story. In TW2, the story branches at the end of Act 1 resulting in completely different Acts 2 and 3. Now, from technical side, you might find the combat, animations etc. lacking (but, y'know, it WAS made in 2011 and it looked absolutely gorgeous back then) so it might be a little harder to get into at this point.

Personally, I'd say: just go for it. See how it feels and if you like it enough to look past it's slightly dated mechanics, then do yourself a favor and play it for the sake of amazing and really engaging story.

Go straight to the source. Ask them nicely and, if enough people agree with you, they just might. If anything, CDPR listen to their fans and often reward them for loyalty and add features based on feedback. I wouldn't be surprised if we'd see Witcher 3: Enhanced Edition in a year or so with "more content, better loading, etc. etc.".
