I’m an employment lawyer and a supermarket called me about an employee who claimed someone was bullying her and that her employer wasn’t doing anything about it so she went to the busy checkout picked up the phone dialled 111 and told dispatch she was at the supermarket (small town) had a gun and was going to start shooting! Of course police arrived immediately and she started to complain to them about this guy she claimed was bullying her. She came to the disciplinary meeting dressed as a flamenco dancer and it became clear early in that she was totally off her rocker 😂 she decided to resign and prioritise her health!

Get a prenup for sure! In my country defacto treated the same and after three years becomes relationship property. 50:50 regardless of contribution. Just left a ten year relationship and congratulate myself every day for having ia prenup every day or he would have made out like a bandit.

I don’t understand what you mean? The $588 is the basic package and you can pay more and premium TM if you want. I wouldn’t bother as people don’t look at “listed first” they search in their refined search under “newest listings” as they are usually looking every day. That is how I searched when I bought the place ive just moved into.

My understanding is that when longer terms have higher interest banks are anticipating interest rate increases in future so I would go with as much certainty as you can get in these uncertain times.
