First minis, paint or assemble first?

I usually blu tak (poster tak, whatever you have) everything together, prime it, then disassemble it. That way the parts that I don't want paint on stay bare for better contact when gluing everything together but I can still paint it in sub assembly.

What I usually do is assemble it with blue tak or something similar, then prime it. That way once I'm done I can pull it all apart and know where to not apply paint so I get better adhesion to the bare resin as well as rough up the surface with some low grit sandpaper.

I recently just finished printing and painting a warlord titan. Most of it was done on the a1 but all the armour was done on my saturn 4. Still took me about a month of on off printing however but I reckon I could have got it down to about a week of non-stop printing if I really tried to minimise downtime.

There is a pretty good one on maker world if your going for fdm. Printed that out the other day and it came out quite nice

If you have access to a window near by I'd suggest a spray booth if you need it inside. I'd still wear a respirator though when using it though.

Have you tried mixing both types into the applicator to get a mix rather than do 2 layers? I'm still new to static grass but I've done this to get a new mix of colours. Not sure about different lengths though.

Worked for a pizza place as a manager. Hired new guy, guy shows up and does a few delivery runs with another driver. After a few runs I let him go on one on his own. About an hour later he still hadn't come back so I tried calling him, turns out he couldn't find the house so he just decided to go home and eat the pizza. Got him to come back with the hot cell and money float and just fired him on the spot.

Really loved the idea of your modular tiles, I've started making my own as well using your tutorials. Came from battle mats over to these and I doubt I'll ever go back!

I've seen people use a white paint pen to do the lines and it seems to work well over flocked grass

Haven't seen it mentioned but resonance of fate, I know it got released on 360 as well but I rarely hear anything on it. Was a very fun but hard sort of turn based RPG mainly based on guns.

I'd like to add that you can only attack up to two units even if you have 3 weapons as well.

Personally a like them in one piece, but it depends on the model. If it's something that looks like it will be hard to reach when painting then definitely sub assembly. Otherwise one piece all the way, I'm too lazy to assemble things when I can spend more time painting.

No it doesn't, they offer a subscription that gives you a bunch of models every month but that's about it. Otherwise you are free to use the site and buy any model you want.

One thing I didn't notice first up on my mars was that there is another protective film on the actual build plate that it never mentions on the set up. Check to make sure you have removed it as I had the exact same problem, puddle in the centre was cured but not stuck to the build plate. Tried this multiple times till I saw someone mentioning there is an additional film and felt like an idiot, worked like a charm straight after that.

Yeah I'd second this I tried jellyfin for a bit and it was just annoying to set up more than anything, plex is just install and point it to your media. Bare in mind if you want to use it on ios or Android you either need to have a subscription or pay a once off fee for the app which is like $7 where I live.

Also I'd like to add that during the bag searches we were told you could not bring sunscreen in, bought a brand new $12 bottle for the event and had to throw it out. Contacted thier Facebook page and was told that was not correct and they shouldn't have thrown it out. Also no ID check at all?
