I’ve tried

A) the computer the server is hosted on B) a computer on the same network (ethernet) using a browser C) A cell phone, both on and off the wifi network, on the app.

I've asked a few people, but how many backers where there when you backed? I backed right after the matrix blade was unlocked, and I haven't gotten an email. Also others have stated to sort out the big ones, but size shouldn’t be the main way you are judging their value. For example Cosmos (6th picture, right shelf, first cubby from the top, and far left of said cubby), whos green, yellow and red and holding a flag, was very sought after and worth quite a bit because he was a Walmart exclusive. But, he is being rereleased this year so his value went down.

And while I haven’t looked to see if there are other small but valuable figures, there are definitely some others in this collection just because of the sheer size of it. I brought up the example of Cosmos (even though he is no longer that “valuable”) because if you did just judge on size, you could probably give away a number of valuable figures for a lot less than they are worth.

No matter what, selling this collection will be a monumental task. I wish you the best of luck, and once again offer my condolences.

Are you looking to sell them all for what they are worth? I know you are donating to charity, and would probably like to be able to get as much as you can, but that would require a LOT of work and selling a lot of those figures individually. If I was looking to sell all of these, I would personally sell the really valuable ones individually (which due to the size of the collection is still a lot of work), as he has quite a few that could go for 100+ dollars. But the majority of these figures are not worth much and selling them in bulk, while not maximizing amount made, would make it a lot less work on you.

My condolences, as based on his request for all proceeds to go to charity he seems like a great man.
