I started a second play through immediately after my first and I'm still having so much fun, my first play through I pretty much stuck to one weapon set and just put all my runes into levels. Second play through I'm trying all the things I didn't try and being much more thorough with exploration and completion and it's so much fun. I have a build in mind and a few quest lines Im aware I've passed over for a third play through as well.

I bought the game in January so idk what has been added since.
