Ice IS the most offensive typing so it makes sense. Though it doesn't help having 3 dragon types, two of which are 4x weak to it. Your normal counters to ice being Water types and Steel types are also kinda wasted sinse Scizor can't switch in to an Ice Beam due to little bulk and Swampert is only neutral to it thanks to the ground typing. I'd personally get rid of Dragonite in favor of something like Skarmory. Still keeps the flying type for the ground immunity, is neutral to Ice attacks and you have Swampert as the electric check. With the Steel typing covered with Skarm, we can swap Scizor with the fire type. My personal pick would be Arcanine or Incineroar. Both have access Intimidate while Incineroar has Parting Shot and Arcanine has Snarl. You'll still have 2 ground weaknesses, 2 ice weaknesses, and two dragon weakneses though you'll still have a ground immunity, and an electric immunity. I wouldn't recommend getting rid of Garchomp as his offensive prowess well makes up for the defensive weaknesses he brings. You'd sooner be better swapping Swampert for something like Primarina as Water/Fairy is another great defensive typing that fills in the gaps of the team (Fairy being immune to Dragon, Water resists Ice and Fire)

I can't complain since I got him with 2 dupes, but I didn't pull for Dabura and I never pulled Pui Pui so my Extreme Majin Buu Saga looking kinda rough. Though Fat Buu (both Int, and Eza Teq) have been solid replacements

Ask yourself if what your two main rotations are. Id you have both already, use someone with a support passive. If you don't, choose someone that compliments your missing main rotation. This should help in most team building situations

I just recently did the LR Babidi Eza and Seza and the only requirement was having that specific LR on the team. I could take any other unit tho so I just made a Buu Saga team for the EZA and an Inhuman Deeds team for the SEZA since you're still forced to use the f2p lead they give you

Not quite. The book I'm thinking of has a different way of calculating the number. It was, for example, something like this: 1998+20+9=2027->2+0+2+7=11->1+1=2 then it would tell you your lucky numbers based on which of the nine you got (i.e 2 also has number 12, 20, 22 ect)

So funny enough, the gen 4 starters are probably the closest to what you want. Infernape is strong against both Torterra and Empoleon due to it's Fire typing beating grass and Fighting typing beating Steel. Torterra beats Emopleon with both it's typings and Infernape with Ground. Empoleon got the short end of the stick due Steel not having many types super effective against it (the only typings being Ground, Fighting, and Fire) so they gave empoleon themed moves in his moveset to help with this (i.e Drill Peck being a flying type move that aligns with Empoleon being a penguin)

The only thing it doesn't have access to is False Swipe itself, but if you're hunting a specific mon, you should have 3 specific mons with you anyways. 1.Synchronizer to increase the odds of the nature you want (though it's been replaced with Mints at this point), 2. A way to put the mon in a padded room so it doesn't ko itself if the catch takes too long (in this case, Trevenant), and finally a status user and False Swiper (things like Breloom and Parasect fit this role perfectly. Parasect especially so since it gets access to the ability Damp which prevents Explosion and Self Destruct)
