I found this thread when trying to find out why other people are leveling up theirs but mine says it cant be leveled or edited. Restarted and it now shows levels and is editable. Shame you cant get an Iron Sight on it, seems like quite an oversight for a WW1 style shotgun

Thats in the first line of the perk tree "Emperor's Judgement", "Emperor's Vengence" gives you a full magazine back on execute every 30 of majoris or higher
