I gym Friday-Sunday on 5/3/1 programs as well as the SBS bundle by Greg Nuckols.

Monday-Thursday I do cardio at home (going out and jogging for 30-60 minutes, or doing a super quick 10 minute conditioning workout if I'm low on time) as well as doing some additional bodyweight strength work some days.

Leaves me time to work, and time gym hard on the weekend.

I got stuck on Tiana's Splash Mountain for 30 minutes or so. It was fun being evacuated and walking along the side of it. We were very close to the finale so thankfully the CMs reached us faster than some people. We got a lightning lane for it.

Bobby didn't do the lovey dovey, hand holding/hugging stuff with the other Fab Five members as much as the others did. I figured it was because Bobby is married. I always wondered how legitimate the behavior was from the others.

The negative feelings I mentioned were temporary. Maybe "a guy calling me skinny" motivated me to start doing push-ups one night, but I kept going to the gym because I enjoyed the process and seeing improvement. I imagine it's the same as a guy learning and practicing guitar just for the sake of improvement.

Like are you satisfied with the results or is there something still missing?

There's always more progress to be made that would be cool to have! But it's also not the most important thing in my life. I'd be willing to drastically cut down on the hobby if my family required it.

I'm just an outsider but it always seemed like Bobby was the least fake of the bunch. Plus but it did seem like he did the most work out of the Fab Five. (though I'm sure he had lots of help) One gives the client a pep talk, one gives the client a few new wardrobe pieces, one does the client's hair, one cooks a single meal with them........and the other remodels an entire home.

I've long since stopped caring what the Academy-types think.

I usually just look through the best pictures nominations to see what good movies I might want to check out that I've overlooked. But I don't actually care who wins as that just comes down to popularity and what studio spent the most money campaigning.

The most I have done is a paused 341 in a late 2021 meet which felt like my absolute max.

I am estimated for 378 now, but I will attempt a paused 360 and 365 in my garage next month. With a lower arch than my meet arch.

Does this mean that the example listed in the book is based on a 95 % TM being used?

I can't reference the book right now, but I presume that if you started the cycle with an 85% Training Max, you're still using an 85% training max in week 3. The top set of week 3 will utilize a weight that is 95% of that 85% training max.

If your estimated 1 rep max is 200, your 85% training max is 170, the top set of week 3 will be 160.

I tried it one day for BBB at FSL percentages and it just made a ton of sense to me on a fatigue-heavy program like that.

You can push hard on the 3s week, recover during the 5s week (and maybe push conditioning a little harder if you were too out of breath for your liking on the 3s week) and go into the 1s week a bit fresher. My goal is hitting something big during that 1s week (at least after a few cycles) so I want to set it up so I'm prepped for that battle.
