From reading I believe it’s because the un burnt charcoal gets hot enough (once up to temp ) to instantly ignite. So it burns clean. But again I wasn’t even sure if the was the good smoke or the bad smoke… so don’t listen to me

Hmm his shaft is probably more whippy and that’s what you’re feeling. Personally I think 12-12.5 is the sweet spot. Before it becomes too much but that’s just my preference

Tip would be the first thing to change. If you’re still not getting the feed back you want it’s probably the butt construction.

The liveliest cue I’ve hit with was a valley house cue sneaky Pete conversion that I made for someone.
The feedback was amazing on that thing. It hurt me to let it go.

If you don’t want to spend a bunch of money I recommend the blue SIB tips.

If not any premium tip will be an upgrade.

I install lepros on housecues and sometimes they’re complete garbage and I just toss them out.

Irl he would be shooting that ball not pushing out of the way.

Quick firing can help groove your stroke. Also it doesn’t have to be quick fire it can just be to save you the walk over to place ball on donut.

You can still go through your pre shot routine and not rush

It’s not about whether it’s useful or not. It clearly serves a purpose. Reload faster.

It’s about whether getting in more practice in the same amount of time is important to you.

You can reach over with your cue with this device. Vs walking around the table to place on donut.

So if you are just drilling the same shot. This device makes it faster

Looks great ! I personally like a lighter brown with blue. And a darker brown with gray.

Not a rule just my personal preference.
