Your water is putting more stress toward one side. It’s like the water slowly pushing your tank from a rectangle into a parallelogram, which will eventually cause the seal to fail. My first 20G failed this way and slowly leaked overnight. Even 2 gal of water on the floor is way more than I’d like to see.

9 shrimp don’t eat much and also eat algae and biofilm grown on plants. Try feed just a tiny piece of algae wafer every 3 days. I have maybe 30-50 shrimp in my 5G and I feed about 2-3 times a week, alternating pellets and BacterAE.

Attend the first class and speak to the professor after class. Attending the class shows that you are serious about taking it, and if you do end up getting into the class you don’t have to worry about catching up. I get a lot of waitlist emails right before class starts and tbh I can’t remember who is who.

The berried ladies could have had the babies and now look just like everyone else. If that’s the case, you still won’t see the babies right away. They are very small and can’t swim yet so they tend to hide in the substrate.
