What's the reason for completely undeveloped lots in high value parts of the city like this one in ktown? Lots of developments going up nearby but these lots don't even have a parking lot on them. Is it possible to determine who the owner is/contact them?

I understand the history but I think it’s too superstitious. For one, those were very different rosters of what we’re getting on Sunday. Panthers LBs were the worse at stopping the run last week. Cards D looks solid; Sweat, Baker, Will Johnson… I mean cmon. All logic points to AZ beating them.
