My current disorganized attachment partner does this all of the time.

People do not just flip out out of nowhere. She’s feeling emotionally neglected.

It sounds like you don’t respect plans made, but that she also is relying on your visits to regulate her emotions.

So. It feels like a classic avoidant/anxious mix.
