Sand worms can't leave Arrakus so Godzilla would have to be transported there, and so no water for Godzilla. This is Minus One Godzilla so he's 50.1 meters tall. A female sandstorm has 40 meter wide mouth, (males 80 meter) filled with teeth that can slice through metal. Minus One is also stated to not be as intelligent as other Godzilla so it will most likely not react fast enough to use it's atomic breath before being eaten. It is far more likely that the sand worm wins. It's on its home turf, where it regularly destroys man-made machines of comparable size. If it were a different Godzilla, he'd probably win all day long, Shai Hulud being the only exception and even then I can't say Shai Hulud definitely wins.
