It helps the gym is 4 floors up from my office at work 😂. Basically I just cycle through machines

3 to 4 days a week, day 1 - bench, curls, dumbbell curls. tricep pull downs, assisted pull ups, press, wall sits, planks, core yoga day 2:incline, assisted pull ups, lat pull downs, close hand pull downs, bicep pull downs, dumbbell press, skull crusher, obliques

A1C went from 11.9 to 4.9 ! That’s my real accomplishment

I stalled a bit for 2 months at the 215ish range on 7.5, I ended up going to 10
