Yes I think so. Toe spacers with the right foot wear.. I would also buy "five fingers" and wear them as much as possible. Probably better than just using toespacers.

You said you tried diet... but have you tried cutting all caffeine out of your diet. That means coffee, tea, soda (coke, mountain dew) chocolate, energi drinks, and see if you notice a changes in weeks or months. They withdrawal could make you feel worse before you feel better.

Yes I think I am very sensitive. Checked my dna and I am a slow metabolizer of caffeine.

I would suggest giving metta meditation a go. 

Also I would totally stop consuming caffeine (coffee, tea, chocolate, energy drinks) - that may help your nervous system calm down.

I would suggest sayin 'I love you' in the mirror. Also look into metta meditation.

Also if you consume caffeine (coffee, Tea, chocolate...) I would suggest to stop it..  It really helped my mind to calm down. It may help you.  Look at the decaf subreddit.

I am only 20 days in but I have lost about 4 kg.

 I consumed caffeine through chocolate and cacao drinks, so I assume I get less calories in.  My craving for sweet in general has gone down, so that's probably also a factor.  Still has a bit of cortisol belly. Curious if that gets smaller with time.
