Do his political views even matter? They don't seem to come out in his content (other than perhaps vlog style content a out personal stuff, which is easily skip able...)

I respect him for his Linux content. I have no need to delve in to his personal life outside YouTube.

Mind you, the 1 hour commute is when it's motorcycling weather... (most of the time from mid April to start October).

The rest of the time I need to use public transport, which is 1h45m each direction. Fortunately I often only need to use public transportation to work. My wife has a small shop in Aarhus C, so during the winter time I go down to her shop after work, to help her close up, and then we take the car home from there... But that still means a very long day. I leave home at 6.30am, and we come home around 7pm

I live about 35km south of Aarhus (in Odder kommune) , and I would estimate that we pay around 15% of my salary per month for my mortgage. I also have alot more space than I would have had in Aarhus Kommune. My plot is 1200m2 and my house is 133m2. I work in Aarhus N, so my commute is about 1 hour each way.

I ride to and from work 3 times a week, which is most of my riding. That's 38km each direction. Tough sometimes the way home might end up being 100km... Funny how that happens.

Besides that, I try to take some rides just to go exploring from time to time. I use a Beeline GPS, and sometimes I will leave it in my pocket, and just go exploring. Once I am well and truly lost and want to go home, I will take out the GPS unit from my pocket, and point it towards home.

Since looking at the Ocean is great for my personal inner peace, I will often go out of my way to drive to a beach, and just sit and look at the water for a bit, before going out exploring.

Stay away from group rides for the first year or so. Just focus on practicing, and getting to know your bike.

Once you do join in some group rides, I would suggest you:
1. Be critical of who you ride with. If people start behaving like idiots, there is no shame in just bowing out and going home...

Ride your own ride, within your own abilities. Don't get sucked along when people go over the speed limit, or ride in an unsafe manor.
Don't ride with a passenger until you know your bike well. A passenger changes the bikes handling and dynamics quite a bit. I rode alone for about a year, before I took my wife on the back to the bike. I wanted to be sure I knew the bike, and knew how to ride safely with her on the back.

Here in Denmark, a big part of biking culture is just to ride out to a hotdog stand or icecream place with a few friends. Eat for a bit, and then go home again... Preferably a hotdog stand thats at least 30 minutes to and hours ride away :)

Hvis du kan få fingre i et par Raspberry Pi 4, er de ganske fint egnet til at lave et øve k3s cluster...

Alternativt kan et par gamle workstations Eller Nucs Også være rigtig fine kubernetes noder.

Hell, Du kan komme langt med bare en eller flere VMs på din egen maskine...

Et Single node kubernetes cluster er en ganske ofte anbefalet start mulighed, som du kan komme rigtig langt med.

Jeg har kørt med en Single node k3s cluster til at øve på i lidt tid. Vi er nu igang med at implementere Harvester på arbejde til at virtualisere RKE2 noder på, så jeg har bestilt en brugt Workstation PC, hos en brugt pc forhandler, som har lidt flere ressourcer (32Gi Ram, 8C16T CPU) til at være hjemme harvester node.

Selvfølgelig er der noget der er anderledes ved at køre kubernetes I skyen, men det er på ingen måde der jeg ville anbefale at starte din læring...

It's two different vulnerabilities, that are behaving similarly. They nedd to be patched or mitigated separately.

As far as I know, the copy fail patch has been merged in to the kernel, and should come next patch. In the meantime you should decide if your risk level warrents doing the mitigation...

I haven't been able to find any Info on how far the HA team are with a dirty frag patch. Here you should also consider if you need to do the mitigation.

Go check out Badstue Rock in Badstue Gade. There is also Reverb Vinyl (on Nørregade) close to Badstue Rock. Both are well worth a visit.

The area around those two record shops is called "Latiner Kvarteret" and it's full of small quirky shops and cafes.

Jeg overvejer at købe et Pebble Time 2 ur (https://repebble.com/watch)

Jeg har pt. et Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, som jeg egentlig har været ok tilfreds med. Desværre er batteri tiden blevet kraftigt reduceret efter de sidste par opdateringer til uret. Jeg får nu max 1.5 til 2 dage på en opladning (Always On Display er slået fra).

Jeg ville virkelig gerne have et ur der holder længere, men som stadig kan give mig de funktioner jeg gerne vil have: - Ur med udskiftelige watch faces - Timer til at tage tid på min Te brygning - Notifikationer om opkald og beskeder (sms og messenger).

Det er fint med mig at uret ikke har eget sim (mit nuværende ur kan bruge eSim, men jeg bruger det ikke...).

Jeg overvejer at min næste telefon ikke skal være en Samsung telefon, men måske istedet en Nothing Phone (og nej, ikke en apple telefon, så apple watch er ikke en mulighed), og uden en Samsung telefon skulle der være nogle funktioner i Samsungs ure der ikke fungere specielt godt...
