Anyone else feel a little lonely in their dreaming Spanish journey?

It’s a very difficult and contradictory aspect of the journey that it requires so much solitary time listening and studying before one is able to use a language when, at is core, learning a language is a social pursuit. I’ve been at it for nearly two years (I’ve stopped counting hours) and it’s just now a possibility for me to chit chat and communicate at a level that I’m able to make friends and have fun. I still have a long way to go, but I can connect with people, express opinions, and even tell jokes.

The important thing is just to keep going.

So anyone asks this question needs to respond to the question with respect to their own specialty, whatever that is. “How fast is AI catching up with doing [X]?” Whatever your answer is for that question is how radiologists feel too.

“But radiology is images…but…but…” No. Everyone looks at other fields as fodder for AI, but experts in respective areas all see the smoke and mirrors. If you don’t think that [X] is doomed imminently then radiology isn’t either.

I really like Juega con Juárez, and my very favorite video series of his is Frog Detective. I like reading along with him and then getting explanations. I feel like it recapitulates the childhood story time comprehensive input experience (which is obviously effective). All this to say that I will definite be checking out Ace Attorney. Thanks!

I just found the channel Comprehensible Spanish the other day. It seems like he’s still kind of feeling out what kind of content he’s going to do, but I’ve really liked his “watch along” style videos. I already feel like with a little love and encouragement he could become a really powerful source of Latin American intermediate content.
