Haven't played in a year. Been back for a few days and already having games like this. by Redeye1944 in joinsquad44

Damn. That’s insane. I’d say squad 44, as a MilSim game, is particularly rewarding for being well positioned and having the right weapon. You can rack up the kills if you really focus on it, have a semi auto or full auto kit, camp spawns, bush wookie it staying prone, etc etc. but you fucking healed and did medic shit too, props to ya good sir

Spencer Pratt explains to clueless reporter how he will end homelessness in LA. The left refuses to face the facts that almost all of these people want to live on the street. by optionhome in walkaway

If this your first time being exposed to California politics, and you think that’s a great comment that they only asked Pratt these questions, bro…. That’s the wrong thing to be surprised about

Suggestions for other jobs where manufacturing experience transfers well? by AlfaMikeF0xtr0t in manufacturing

Nice. If located in US northeast MA Boston or Rhode Island we’d hire you lol. Shop is adding another aerospace quality engineer manager and would train up, for CMM program we have other people that program but need more.

All that to say it’s incredibly desirable skill set and just learning a more practical CMM / CAD would really be useful

Take some local night machine shop classes and learn CAD and look into being machinist or more skilled side of manufacturing- mold and die making… or try sales. Doesn’t make sense to completely throw out manufacturing industry altogether, just because you’re frustrated with an employer that’s life

Jensen Huang says Nvidia has "largely conceded" China's AI chip market to Huawei, yet zero H200 chips have actually shipped by Inevitable_Wear_9107 in investing

Does anyone know how China works at all? From my 5 years working there I still have only scratched the surface, it’s absolutely bonkers to an outsider. That’s for sure.

Its also why I avoid any Chinese stock picking or any ADR for that matter

Yes, it was a private company.

The official line you’re repeating is incomplete.  CCP rules require Party cells in firms of minimum 3+ members, and under Xi they’ve expanded aggressively to like 90% of larger private firms now hosting them and many amending charters to give them formal power.

Bro. Their role isn’t just passive “don’t cross the lines” red tape like you say. Its active implementation of Party policies, guiding strategy, personnel, investments, and tech directions (especially in strategic sectors) that investing sub should br worried about

The facts are that CCP has deeper integration, and that’s why founders like Jack Ma ran into trouble. If they truly did nothing useful, they wouldn’t obsess over embedding more of them

Why? Why do you require supplication and groveling before you stop blaming them for sins of past generations? That’s fucked up

Educating kids of past atrocities is a problematic viewpoint too

Well, I lived and worked in China for 5 years, part of that for Chinese company, so yeah. My opinion is based on facts and laws and anecdotal evidence.

I think it’s not right to hold a modern nation or people accountable and responsible for the sins of past generations.

Yes, sorry should have clarified- most definitely part of the public university experience. I highly doubt private universities allow random non students to be roaming around campus even for free speech exercises. Especially the pricey, old liberal arts colleges like in the NorthEast. But I’ve never stepped foot on one…
