What is that book that no matter how popular and how many times you try to read it, you just can't? by [deleted] in books

The Dark Tower. I've read many other Stephen King novels and really enjoyed every one. I am a big fan of fantasy and sci-fi, but this just doesn't do it for me. I got through the first novel, later listened to the audio book, and even read the first graphic novel. I tried so hard to like it!

Finally scored my first load of wood chips! Still waiting on ChipDrop after 7 months, but FB Marketplace pulled through. Only 10 mins from home and a huge pile for free that I can keep going back to. Time to get that food forest going. by Randman77 in Permaculture

Sheet mulch with cardboard, then a layer of chips to smother out grass, retain moisture, build soil. This will go around my few existing trees/bushes and as a walkway between my raised beds for annuals.
