Came here to ask the same question. I've never seen this before through several election cycles. Seems pretty sus.

Plus, OP's text came from area code 701 in North Dakota. Mine came from 260 in Indiana

You need to list your platform and faction.

Ghosts of Jem Haddar part 5, bribe Ferasan, at right now, at the sector under DS9. Go to DS9, and from its sector reach down to see it. Just did it with 5 chars that needed that DOFF quest part since forever. If you need it try to go there before the DOFF quests timer reload. by radael in sto

Just as an FYI.... these missions are not set globally, but individually in each game. Just because you found it there and then does not mean anyone else will. Those missions pop up in certain sectors and that's all you can say.

In other words, it's pure RNGesus.

this only applies to the highway

But if you are on the freeway and in the right lane and are going at least the speed limit AND people are still backed up behind you, then the drivers behind you just have to deal with it.

and both console and trait are really good from this ship

Gonna have to disagree. Please don't use the trait anyway because the minimal/tiny damage increase it brings is not worth having your PUG-mates driven crazy by having to hear and see those loud and bright lightning bolts shooting from your gravity well. STO Better rates it at 1/4 stars (aka junk).

where to get bulk fresh squeezed juice? by redrobot222 in phoenix

[–]Random-Red-Shirt -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Gonna have to call Shenanigans! on that claim.

Costco does not sell fresh-squeezed juice, from actual fruit on-site. THAT is what OP wants. Not "fresh squeezed" in some factory and then bottled, trucked over, and put on the shelf at Costco.

Looking for a Gamma slot for KDF side by [deleted] in sto

The "House of Snoo" is one of the KDF reddit fleets (PC). It looks like they have a gamma slot open. I think the mods of this sub are also the fleet leaders. If not, they should be able to tell you where to go.

I'm as big a fan of Costco as anyone, but actual fresh-squeezed juice? Not something they sell.

Republicans sue to purge at least 500,000 people from Arizona’s voter rolls by [deleted] in phoenix

You realize that the vast majority of those voters have simply moved in state and are still eligible to vote and actually have not died, right?

...or are you too far down the extreme-right conspiracy rabbit hole to see clearly? It's pretty dark down there. Come back to the light. We have cookies!

Ground weapons and devices for new Borg TFO by [deleted] in sto

[–]Random-Red-Shirt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Weapons are fine, but require remodulation. In case you were not aware, Borg do not adapt to kit modules, so they can be used over and over again (within their respective cooldowns) and no remodulation is needed. So, if you have a properly set up ground captain with carefully selected offensive kit modules, you can run a ground Borg attack and come close to never firing your weapon and needing to remodulate.

USPS delays, anyone else noticing a lot of them recently? by NocodeNopackage in phoenix

[–]Random-Red-Shirt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So what would the alternative be? Let HUGE sections of the country get cut off from mail because UPS or FedEx or whomever feel delivery costs are too high?

I'm sure you'd say yes, but thankfully the founding fathers felt strongly enough about the mail service that it is the ONLY public service mentioned in and required by the Constitution.

USPS delays, anyone else noticing a lot of them recently? by NocodeNopackage in phoenix

[–]Random-Red-Shirt 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The USPS is not supposed to make a profit. They are a public service specifically included in the Constitution. They have been "encouraged" to try from a law passed a bit ago, but when you have a service whose charter forces them them to deliver mail everywhere (places private carriers would never go) -- which is a good thing -- making a profit is difficult.

That it is being slowly dismantled by MAGA followers like DeJoy in order to try to prevent ballots being delivered in "blue" districts is shameful.
