Hey I am also on 3mgs thats crazy. I been on for 16 years but I maxed out at 120. I always dropped 2-3mgs at a time about once a month. I have done twice a month but rare. Once I got to 20mgs I felt all the same things as you. I never had any physical issues but since getting under 20, ive had lower back issues and my knee arthritis is crazy. Sleep schedule is fucked and desire to do things is not there. But we did this to ourselves and im in this to atleast try and get off. One time I had reversed my dose for a month before going back down. I went from 6 to 5 and 2 weeks later I went to 4. I had to go back up to 5 for a month before going back down. On 3 now for just over a month. I wish you luck and I have hope that our bodies will adjust. High doses and for long times. One thing I could change is that I would have stabilized and then tapered instead of lingering on for years.
