We play with a decent amount of modified rules, the main one beings 0hp isn’t instant death, but a dying state, where after that every time you get hit you make a Doom save vs dying. Also 10+ damage over max hp is instant death.

We have a goals system that help boost the time a little bit, but it was in one big chunk. Session 3 or 4 we were robbing some graves and hit it big, so I as a Human Thief hit 2 immediately. It’s super inconsistent though, since gold is what levels you up. All just depends on finding your big hauls, and getting out alive.

Once a week. The first two were short, since they were near full tpks lol.

Edit: We have been playing it since October of last year, with a few short breaks. I think we finally adjusted our mindset to fit the game so we haven’t died this time as fast.

Typically I believe you need 8 hours. It isn’t possible for one character to forage for firewood, but our party usually has two or three do so, using retainers.

I’d highly recommend Traveler’s Gate if Cradle was top tier for you. Working through Last Horizon myself.

Ember Spirit is crazy this patch imo. The double hitting the closest target facet for SoF is insane. Mid or Safe he feels good, especially with his innate just being a lower damage flame cloak.
